If you choose the german languge (I'm a native speaker), then there are a few translation mistakes. For example in the first cinematic, is one sentence completly in english instead of german.

Also, when you pick up an item the game displays "Dir picked up <item>".

A possible translation would be "Du erhälst <item>" this way you avoid words like "ein/eine" which changes depending of the item.

Sounds a bit odd in german but everyone knows what's meant (and many games handle it that way).
