Expected behavior: If any player in the party owns the echoing void DLC, it will be possible to collect eyes of ender and access the "eye of ender" caves. This is expected as generally DLC content can be played even if it is not the host that owns the DLC.

Observed: The eye of ender zones only spawn when the host of the online game owns echoing void.

Reproducing:

1. Create a crossplay game.
2. Host game from PS5, without echoing void purchased
3. Invite xbox player that owns echoing void
4. Play soggy swamp (eye of ender not yet collected)
5. Observe that the bridge + eye of ender area in the top right of "Destroy the brews" does not spawn

I have verified that if the host is the one that owns echoing void, it is indeed possible to collect eyes of ender.
