Update:

After a couple of tests I found out that the issue arise with any weapon but only after using the artifact "Corrupted Seeds" and then leaving the entangled enemies off screen, here some videos:

Instead, using Corrupted Seeds and keeping on screen all entangled enemies this issue never happened

Update 2:

The bug isn't related only to Corrupted Seeds artifact. It happened again using the Satchel of Elements.
When I burned an Enderman, the bug arose soon after he teleported while the burning was still active.

Update 3:

The issue occurs when there's any damage over time done while the enemy is off screen.
I tried using Flaming Quiver and happened again.
