This bug appears when replaying the Creeper Woods level after discovering the location for the Creepy Crypt level.

When entering the secret cave with the map, the map on the table isn't there (because you already have unlocked the location) and because of that, the door on the top right won't open because it only does when you take the map.

As a result, you can't unlock all the secrets and chests in the Creeper Woods level when replaying it, because there are chests in that dungeon, which you can't open the door of.

In the photo you can see that the map is gone, because I already took it the first time playing the level, and the door on the top right is closed.
