When the player swings the Encrusted Anchor, it rarely deals no damage and does not poison if the mob is right in front of the player and has a small enough hitbox. This can usually be seen pretty clearly on baby Drowned, and occasionally on Sunken Skeletons and creepers, and is VERY obvious on endermites. I am unsure if this affects the regular anchor.
