Good afternoon, I have completed all the seasonal missions required for the anniversary event rewards. Seeing that the cape did not appear, I did a few more missions but the cape still did not appear.

I have tried repairing the game, as well as uninstalling it completely and reinstalling it again. With all this the cape still does not appear in my cosmetic items.

Is there any way to fix this?
