Whenever I hold down the mouse while entering the ship to finish arch haven, i'm able to move around wherever the mouse is. I haven't tested if you could go outside the ship (this happens on every version with arch haven).

steps: 1. hold down left-click while entering the ship

          2. put the mouse wherever you want to move the character (you don't have the hold                      down the mouse anymore
