Dear Mojang , Microsoft.

I found a bug , it seemed to be fixed after cloud update.

I had like level 300 character , I and my friends lost it.

I was very sad , but hey , cosmetics are still there , at least , and my passes. 

 This happened because i used love medalion while boss was in corner (i also was standing in corner) , also i used golem artifact and wind horn.

Im just informing You , That some players lost their progress , big progress.

Its not bad to start over.
