Hello, I am a regular player and I have an account (gatofantasma21) which had a personegem who was already at level 44. It so happened that I went to buy "Howling peaks", and when I went to test, the logos appeared normally, however, when it appeared "Unreal engine", the screen went black. Then, "press any buton to start" appeared, I clicked and there were several characters (from the other accounts I created) minus the main one from my account, which had everything I got so far (Including my other purchased DLC's: Creeping Winter and Jungle Awekens). How do I recover this character achieved with a lot of effort and financial cost?
