I play online multiplayer mode with my girlfriend every day because we like this game.

However, every 2 out of 3 dungeons we play, the game stops and there's nothing we can do to fix it. It happens in the beginning, middle of the dungeon or even during a boss fight. It is frustrating when it happens. It surely is not the console's problem because when I press the home button my Nintendo Switch works just fine. It's just the minecraft dungeons game that stops and never recovers. It rarely happened in low level dungeons but in apocalypse mode it happens almost every time.

If it is a network problem, just let me know so that we can buy another router.

I hope you can fix this problem or at least enable us to shut down the game, reboot and re-start from where we left off inside the dungeon when it froze.
