Following the update in November of 2020, the second player's hero merged onto the host's account giving the host their hero plus player two's to play with. Player 2's hero is completely unavailable to player 2 when logged into the PSN network and joining the game. We cannot play couch mode because it would put player 2 starting from complete scratch although their created hero is technically still under the host's profile and it creates an uneven play field. We only play this game with two players on couch mode, so since this "bug" has been prevalent, the game has been completely unplayable. We have waited and checked after both December updates, and yet there is nothing being said about this despite plenty of players having this problem. It's quite unfortunate because it's a really great game, but without this fix, it's unplayable for our purposes. I also intended on buying this game as a Christmas present but without knowing if the hero's will work properly, I decided against it.
