I was setting up my PS4 controller so I closed the application down. However my windows started to freeze and wasn't responding while my MC Dungeons was running in the background. My screen turned white and asked me if I should stop Windows from corresponding and I said "yes' and then my screen turned black. So, I decided to push the power button to turn off and on my windows back up again however this time, my character was no where to be seen. It was a new character that loaded up. When I tried to switch characters, my original character still wasn't there. What should I do?
