Final shout proc on armor has an issue where after it procs when using a flaming arrow quiver, and two fireworks; if the final shout procs then they're greyed out until you either take off the item and put it back on or die on the game.

      When using verdant robe and harp bow the proc on the verdant robe final shout causes the two firework rockets and flaming arrow quiver to grey out all skills until the item is either swapped out or the character is dead.
