When doing the tutorial I was exploring and went into a little pond near the end of the level. There was a 1 by 1 space and i fell in and i couldn't get out no matter what i did.
How to recreate:
Do the tutorial until the objective is to set up cam
Go to the pond near where you set up camp (dont set up camp)
Look for 1 by 1 space

I was forced to restart the game and delete my save data to do the tutorial
