This has happened twice. I will be playing and then get blue screen and restart of game. After I open game again all my saved character files are not showing up anymore. I check the saved character file folder and all the .dat files are there for 6 characters, but only one shows up in the select menu in game. Please advise on how to retrieve my characters and prevent the lose again. Thank you.
