My problem with Minecraft Dungeons came up today, I got the game via Xbox Gamepass. I have been playing it for a couple of weeks and I already passed the adventure once, I had a level 52 character. Today when I wanted to open the game it gave me update problems, it asked me to update and it said that I had a problem with my internet connection . '' Unable to open Minecraft Dungeons because it is offline. The storage device may fail or be offline. '' Anyway, I spent hours trying to "" install "" the game from the Microsoft Store without any success. I figured that maybe updating windows could solve the problem and that's how it was, when I updated the windows it finally let me download Minecraft Dungeons again but the problem is that when opening it, it sent me directly to the settings the first time you open the game and to the character creation, anyway. My character disappeared and that bothered me a lot because it has been many hours that he invested in the game to lose all my progress due to a failure for which I was NOT to blame. I got the game in a completely legal way and I passed the game without any cheating. I would like you to help me solve this problem. PS: I have no evidence through screenshots of my character since I never imagined something like this would happen, but my friends can guarantee that I had a character at that level since I always play with friends.
