I logged into Windows and tried opening Minecraft Dungeons. It said I needed to go to the Windows Store and reinstall to play. I did so and now all my characters are gone! Please, please, please tell me I can get them back! I put in many hours and hard work with my son on his account to get as far as we did. I just don't understand what happened?!
