Ive ran into an issue on my PS4 Pro. This has went on since release and Ive scoured the internet for a week searching high and low for a fix. My last resort was buy a brand new ssd and replaced my hardrive thinking it was a hardware issue. But didnt change at all. 

Additional bug info: When I start the game it'll freeze for a second or two on character select. I choose online or offline (happens in both) start traveling to camp. It'll load properly with the block spunning after a few second it will freeze for a good minute or more and then resume spinning.
