Particular areas in the map, if you fall into them, you cant get out of without restarting the level. An example is in obsidian pinnacle at the place where there is a door leading outside near a supply chest. In that room near a wall there are some barrels. If you fall between the barrels and the wall, there is no escape. I suggest making obstacles like this climbable so you can escape or adding a kill yourself feature that does the same kind of death as falling off the map where you don't lose a life, just some health.
