Dungeons fails to install and the following error is given:

"The game failed to start for reasons unknown to us. Please try again later."

"Error details: UE4PrereqSetup_x64.exe exited with code 1"

Another message on the same screen also reads:

"Failed to check for game dependencies"

Clean reinstall has been attempted countless times.
