In this bug report from the beta, a user found that the haybale target dummies were able to be detached from their original locations and moved around the camp via the fishing rod artifact. The report was marked as not going to be fixed, so when I was unsuccessful in moving the haybales when returning to the game, I was quite disappointed. 

How to Reproduce: 

1. Navigate to the camp
2. Equip the fishing rod artifact 
3. Try to use the fishing rod on the dummies

Expected Result: The dummies should be pulled
Observed Result: The fishing rod can't select the dummies
