I purchased the Hero Edition of Minecraft Dungeons today, on June 5th, through Minecraft.net, not via the Microsoft store. The version that I purchased was the Mincraft Dungeons 7/8/10 version, which not being offered through the Microsoft store. Upon downloading and opening the launcher, I was simply greeted with a screen that instructed me to "Buy Now". Naturally, I found this strange as I purchased the game, and have a charge on my credit card for $38.99, the price in CAD. My Minecraft.net account has no record of me purchasing Minecraft Dungeons, and neither does the Microsoft store. I have already attempted to repair the launcher multiple times, and have restarted my computer a number of times, including hard resets. I have reached a point where I have no idea what I can possibly do to gain access to this game, maybe I need a key of some sort in order to actually play it. I will be frank, I will be looking into disputing the charge on my card if this issue is not resolved, as I see no reason to pay for a game that I cannot play or even access. I do hope that we can work together to resolve this, as this seems to be a somewhat common problem as seen by the FAQ's.
I look forward to your response,
