so my pc crashed and I had to do a hard reset. when I relaunched the game my account was apparently erased and I have to start from new again when I already have playtime so can you guys fix this if not then I don't want to play the game again. also, why is there cloud backup for the console but for pc we have to manually back up our saves and that for in 2020 come one you guys are a multi-million company and no cloud storage for pc srly.
