When performing a dodge roll into the corner of a door, either at the end or the beginning of said roll, attempts to pass through the door still work, but can cause instant death if the player happens to clip into the walls around the door upon exiting. I found this rather unintentionally while in camp, and haven't yet checked if the issue repeats in the mission levels as well, but unless the camp doors are unique, the issue likely crops up there as well.
