When my brother tries to start an online game, the game displays "Privilege error: Unable to connect because the online game is restricted".

I don't understand where this bug comes from: it did it to me too at the start, then I did some manipulation etc ... and I managed to connect online.

The problem is that I don't know how I did it and I can't do it again.

P.S .: It is not a computer problem: when I connect with his account on my pc, it does not work either and the same error message is displayed. (I do not know if it is important but it can not add me as a friend with on Xbox live)
