I wanted to change my artifacts keybindings from buttons "1" "2" and "3" to something like "Q" "W" "R" but unfortunately when playing online with friends this prompts the quick chat options. Currently there is no option to remove the keybinds for quick chat and so I can not use my desired controls without pinging my friends constantly.
