So i've been playing offline because the game will not allow me to play online very often and it just crashes and loses connection to host.  Tonight i from windows i did a repair on the game and reset it.  Well I lost my level 33 character and gear.  Is this not synced online at all.  How can i get my characters back.  It has been very frustrating.
