I had been playing the game with my friend and I got blue screened on the Redstone Mine level and I decided to replay the mission thinking it wouldn't happen again. I got blue screened again and upon reloading the game I had lost my character save. My character was level 15, my gamertag is BOBO7526 and on my profile there are achievements to prove that I have gotten to that point in the game.
