Playing soggy swamp on what was my second character. Suddenly I bluescreen. When my computer restarted I loaded up the game. It asked me first time information like language and brightness. It did not ask me to login, it already knew who I was. But then I get to the main menu and my second character was gone. 

That character was my high level one and I would really like to get it back. I've restarted the application several times, restarted my pc as well. I logged in and out of the game. Now I'm reinstalling the game in hopes that my 20+ hour playtime wasn't for nothing. Hope there is a fix for this.

UPDATE: after reinstalling I now have 0 characters. Don't do this.
