In the home base area named Camp, the building you can enter on the right side has an issue. It is the building that has the creeper anatomical statue on the second floor. If you press R2(Dash) in the direction of the door and enter it by pressing X(Attack/Interact). you will instantly die. There is something where your character builds up momentum as you roll and open the door. The influx of momentum to your character releases as you load into the house, causing you to propel forward and take lethal fall damage.
