Game crashed when pressed play

When I pressed "play", the first screenshot was the only picture I could see, and then the game crashed immediately.

I'v tried updating my system patches, and a lot of things. It didn't work for me. 

I wish I can play this game. I'v been waiting for 4 months_(:з」∠)_
