I downloaded the launcher with no issues. When I install the game it gets about 25% done, and then gives the error "Failed to Install". I have deleted the launcher, re downloaded, shut down the computer, updated everytthing on the computer, and have tried about 6 more times.

How can I resolve this issue? It doesn't give any other details besides that it failed.
