      Many users have been able to solve this issue by following the instructions in this comment sent by Watermelon58

      I have installed the game as usual I can see the play button and click it this runs the  Win64 Shipping process but it doesnt launch properly I have no visuals and the process continues to run in the background until terminated manually.
