I'm able to connect with 3 of my devices- Windows 10 version, Android and iPhone. However when trying to connect with anything but my own devices on my home network using the same IP address and port, it fails to connect - not even showing any error on my end. It was running correctly before the update and I triple checked over my port forwarding settings to see if there was any issue and saw none.
