Nintendo Switch Operating System

Unconfirmed
I have thoroughly enjoyed playing Minecraft on my Nintendo switch, however as of recently I have encountered a bug. It appears to have happened straight after I downloaded the update that fixed the problem when switch users could not log in with their Microsoft account and use online features etc. The next time I played Minecraft, the software started, but remained on a black screen. It stays like this forever. If I try going to the home screen and closing the software, it takes about a minute and a half to actually close it, and then says 'software closed due to an error' or something like that. (I have the game card version of Minecraft). However, if I try playing Minecraft on a different account, it loads almost instantly and I can play Minecraft, BUT I don't have any of my worlds and skins and texture packs that I have spent hundreds upon hundreds of mine coins on . I have tried checking for corrupt data, I have tried rebooting and redownloading the software, but nothing seems to work. I am not willing to purchase a digital copy of Minecraft since it will probably come out with the same error and I'd have wasted £20. Please fix this issue since it's affected many others, and if you are trying already because someone else has reported this, I urge you to do it with all your efforts. Thanks
