First and foremost there is not even an option for reporting a problem on my PS4 on this website.

Secondly, every single time I reach and mine gold ore, my world gets deleted. It is extremely frustrating, I have already complained before but no action was taken. PLEASE get back to me on it this time. I have attached a picture from google which depicts the exact thing which happens.

Thirdly and most annoyingly Minecraft takes maybe forever to open on my PS4, and I know it is not my PS4's problem, because other apps work just fine.

Please work and get back on this issue, I thought it will be an amazing time after purchasing Minecraft on my PS4 store. And what do I get: A bunch of idiotic bugs.....
