upon running "Minecraft server.exe" it gives two errors describing it being unable to execute script due to two files being missing , the first it mentions is "MSVCP140.dll" the second  is "VCRUNTIME140.dll" afterwards closes the program and prompts you to another window from windows telling you to try re-installing the program , however repeatedly re-installing extracting the zip it ends up giving me the same results.
