I started a realm with my friends and we have been doing great on the world so far. My daughter noticed the other day that we were not getting achievements. I asked my friend if he was getting them and he said yea I've been getting them pretty regularly. This lead me to a test to try to complete one of them in my list. I tried again and again with no luck. I emailed mojang and he suggested that I log out of all devices reboot and check my version to verify it was up to date. My daughter and I usually play on the Nintendo Switch and my friend will play on his Xbox one. We were all on the other night and we tried to do several achievements and none at all would pop up on my switch but would on the Xbox. This led me to log in on my iPad account which is the same as my switch as far as the Microsoft account is concerned. I logged into my realms from the iPad and my character was dressed the same and everything. This is what I noticed, it seems that yes I probably am getting the achievements because it showed me having way more on the iPad than the switch. I'm not sure if this information helps but what it seems like is yes I do get them but I'm not getting notified and it's not updating for the switch account. Even after logging out of the iPad and the switch then logging back into only the switch, it still doesn't match.
