The marketplace won't connect which causes us to lose access to all purchases. the marketplace says it's unable to connect to internet. But the internet is working just fine and we can play via the network with others. So far we have tried:
- Restarting ipad
- deleting and installing minecraft
- restarting router
- connecting through a hotspot
- connecting through different wifi
- verified WiFi working via numerous other apps and speed tests
- no other app is having this issue
- signing out of Microsoft account and signing back in
- the other iPad in house connects just fine
we are using version 1.17.11
