Playing on both the XBox one and Xbox Series X.  The Cross hair dissapears when playing four player split screen.  The cross hair appears and works well for the first minute or two at the start of a game. After a few minutes, the cross-hair flickers away and disappears.  It will appear back every once and a while but stays gone for most of the playtime.  It really makes placing blocks and aiming a challenge.
