A few weeks ago updated my minecraft software on my Nintendo Switch to the latest version they released. Ever since then minecraft has not been loading at all for me. I start up the software and press to play under my main user, but all it does is sit on a blank screen for about 10 to 15 minutes then comes up with the error "the software was closed because an error occurred" then forces me to close out of minecraft completely. I've tried several things to try and fix it like archiving the software, redownloading the game completely, signing in and out of my Microsoft account and even shutting off my wifi on my switch to see if it would run through, but it still gives me the black screen and the same message and I'm forced to close the game again. The strange thing is is that I can run the game completely fine (however without any communication features enabled) on another user file I have that I don't use often. This frustrates me because I don't have the worlds that I have worked for months on, or any of the content from the store that I bought on it, so why would I want to play there? I don't think this is something on my end or my Nintendo switchs fault, but I'm not sure if it was the new update that caused this or something else. Can I please get any help to fix this?
