Steps to Reproduce:

1. Download a resource pack with subpacks (e.g. Music+)
2. Apply that pack in your Realm
3. Select the gear icon to toggle pack options
4. Return to the Realm world selection screen and open the settings of the world to which the pack is applied
5. Select a resource pack and select the gear icon

Expected Result:
Pack options changed
