UNABLE TO CONNECT 1.17

My friend cannot join my map and neither can I join him to his own map. But we can connect through "official servers like the hive or another friend of ours world. We cleared the games cache, sign out and sign in, uninstall and installation but if we try to join with eachother again it just loads the map and says "unable to connect to world" I hope this can be fixed soon
