Summary:

A funny change happened in version 1.17.40.

Most mobs walk in snow layers by jumping. It is very interesting to observe this in the snowy villages.
This error affects both the experimental and the normal world of the game. This bug was not present in 1.17.11.
Also for some reason Endermen do not jumping in the snow layers, however they still cannot teleport MCPE-117604.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a world with a snowy biome.
2. Watch the movement of entities in this biome.

Observed results:

Mobs, compared to 1.17.11, began to move by jumping (probably from the cold🤣).

Expected results:

Mobs will not move by jumping into snow layers.
