      Description

Mobs are supposed to be able to face 360 degrees when sitting in a minecart ghasts don’t seem to be able to do this, they reset their facing direction to south when unloaded or when relogging into a world. Furthermore, they seem to not be able to turn more than 30 degrees from south in either direction.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. To recreate this bug in your own world, trap a ghast facing north, east, or west in a minecart. (Try using east, west facing regular rails)
      2. Unload chunks with ghasts (through portals, relogging, going far away, etc.)
      3. Return to chunks with ghasts. (They should now be facing south)
      4. Provoke the ghast from the back so the ghast’s face is facing away from you. (mobs, projectiles, existing etc.)
      5. Watch as the ghast consistently try’s to turn itself, only to get stuck at about 30 degrees from due south, it should not be able to shoot at you. (can be in either direction)

      Expected behavior

The ghast should be facing in whatever direction it was facing when you unloaded the chunks. It should also detect you, and be able to turn in any direction to target you or another mob from any angle. Finally, it should be able to shoot you, or a provoking mob from its perch in a minecart.
