If you interrupt rebirth dragon, and then start again, will make crystal overlap.
Happens when you destroy one of the ender crystals at the portal while one or more ender crystals on the obsidian pillars have already been replaced. After you restart the respawning sequence there will be multiple ender crystals at the position where before the ender crystals where already replaced.
The reason is that during the respawning sequence all ender crystals have Invulnerable:1b and if you interrupt the sequence this tag is not changed.
