Crash on making new world **PLZ FIX NOW*

      What I expected to happen was...:
      Minecraft would make a new world normally. (actually, this has been going on for me since 1.7 and above.)

      What actually happened was...:
      The text saying that the world was being created did not appear, and only the dirt background was visible.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Create a new world or load a world
