Glow Lichen mining speed is not affected by efficiency

      The Bug

      When glow lichen is mined by efficiency shears it doesn't mine them any faster than normal shears

      How to reproduce

      1. place 2 glow lichen
      2. mine 1 with unenchanted shears
      3. mine 1 with efficiency 5 shears
      4.  Notice how the efficiency shears mine it at the same speed as the unenchanted ones
