run.bat file keeps crashing after few seconds

      The server was running fine, and I've been playing for a few days. I was on a boat, and I got off. The boat disappeared and I couldn't hit it to pick it up. My character was stuck on the "invisible" boat.

       

      But, based on trial and error, I knew that when I disconnect, the boat re-appears, allowing me to hit it and pick it as an item. This time I couldn't connect. I couldn't get a screenshot of the error but I remembered it was something along the lines of "permission denied". I tried restarting the 'run.bat' file, but after a few seconds it crashed. And I couldn't get the server up and running ever since.
