Villagers aren't farming (including farmer villagers) and don't take crops I throw at them (seed, carrots, potatoes). I've tried it with newly spawned villagers too.

I've tried giving farmers (all variations, including the one that actually says "farmer") seeds, potatoes and carrots for them to plant, and made sure there was tilled, watered ground, free from current crops, but they don't take the things I give them to plant. Even if they are surrounded by mature plants, they don't harvest those either.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Spawn farmer villager (or find one in a village).
2. Throw carrots, potatoes, or seeds at villager.
3. Make sure they have access to tilled soil, without crops, and some with mature crops.
